Refund policy

Flower Station is dedicated to providing fresh flowers that would meet the needs of our customers. We sincerely want our customers to enjoy our products. 

Due to the nature of the live flowers, products made from "live" products are not refundable and are final sale. However, if you are dissatisfied with the product we can exchange the product if the return was made within 24 hours or if the request was sent to finchflowerstation@gmail.com with a visible photograph and explanation. Exchange products should be picked up at the store location and delivery fees are not refundable. 

*15% restocking fee apply for cancellation of orders. However, cancellation is not possible once the product is prepared.
