Shipping policy

  • Our delivery area covers Great Toronto Areas from Uptown, Middle Town Downtown Toronto, Vaughn, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, New Market, Markham, Aurora, Brampton, Mississauga and other areas as well. 
  • We give out delivery slot in either Early "8am-1pm" or Afternoon "1pm-8pm" based on the delivery area. 
  • Local delivery fees for areas near our shop start from $15 - If further than 10km, there are minimum order requirements ($49.99).
  • A person (legal adult) must be present to receive the flowers unless concierge service is available.
  • When requesting for delivery, please leave us a detailed information when checking out: 
    • Type of Resident: Condo/Apartment/House 
    • If Condo or Apartment - Concierge available or not and buzz code 
    • Unit number 
    • Recipient's name and phone number
